Plastic bags and other plastic elements should be removed immediately and kept out of the reach of children as they present a suffocation risk for children. Do not over-tighten hardware as this may cause the wood to crack. Do NOT use an electric drill to assemble.

Your child MUST be under parental supervision AT ALL TIMES when using this product. Ensure that the module is stored away and out of reach of children when not in use.

This product is designed to be used by only one child at a time. This product should be used on an even, flat surface and at least 1.8 meters (6 feet) away from a wall, furniture piece or other structure.

This LIMITED WARRANTY covers defects in workmanship and materials for a period of two years from the date of first retail purchase. During the warranty period, Stand by me furniture will replace or repair, at its sole option, any defective stand by me furniture product returned to us, or to one of our dealers, by its original purchaser. This warranty does not cover problems that result from abuse, accident, misuse, or problems with electrical power. It does not cover uses not in accordance with the instruction manual. It does not cover commercial use of the product.

In association with the product, Stand by me furniture. makes no warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, of title, or of noninfringement of third party rights. Use of the product by a user is at the user’s risk.

You have 30 days after the delivery of your order to return an item* After the 30 days, Stand By Me will no longer accept returns. No exchanges allowed.

In order to Return your item all of the following conditions must be met:

• Items must be in perfect , unused, unassembled and resalable condition

• Item was never assemble

• Item is in its original packaging, No returns will be allowed in different packaging then received and must be in the same condition

• All parts must be returned and in original condition

• Items need to be returned within the given time frame authorized by a Stand By Me employee once the return form has been completed.

Disclaimers for Returns

• Customer must cover all shipping costs and arrange all return shipping

• Original shipping fees are not refundable

• We are able to accept/refuse a return if it does not comply with all of our return conditions

• In the scenario that you return does not meet all of our conditions, we will return back to you at your own expense of 60% of the item value will be refunded to you in form of a online store credit

Order fullfillment will be within 4 weeks for all custom orders. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification based on which shipping option you picked:

2. Local Delivery - if your address is within 50km of Lethbridge, AB, you will have the option of delivery to your home for $12.99, we will email you a date and time for drop off

3. Free Local Pickup - if you are Lethbridge local we will have a free pick up option - once your order is fulfilled you will receive an email with dates and locations for pick ups
